All Sève products are composed of micro-modal. Organic cotton and elastane can be used in some products for up to 7%. For 93% the products are purely vegetable with fibers from beech or organic cotton.
Sève production is Made In France. Indeed the fabrication comes from the Rohannaise region. The manufacture of fibers is carried out in Austria and the weaving is next to Milan.
Vegetal fibers come from eco-managed forests in Austria or in neighboring countries. In addition, the manufacturing process recycles the water and the solvents used by up to 99%.
Donations are made to organizations managing reforestation in the affected areas. The organizations chosen by Sève are recognized and also selected by the search engine “Ecosia”, half of whose profits are donated to organizations for reforestation.
All our packaging is made out of recycled cardboard in respect with our ethical and vegetal line of conduct.
QUESTIONS REGARDING PAYMENT AND DELIVERY
The delivery time is between 4 and 10 working days. It depends on your country of residence. Specific delivery delay will be indicated in your shipping cart. This delay includes preparation and delivery time of your package.
You have 30 days after receiving your package to return your Sève product.
The product must be new, in its original packaging and must not have been worn. If the product label is removed the return will not be accepted.
In case of return you will be entitled to a full refund within 15 working days maximum.
Shipping costs vary from € 6.5 to 15 depending on your country of residence. Free delivery from € 100 of purchase.
We truly hope you will find the right product for you, therefore Sève will take care of your first return for free. We simply ask you to send your order receipt by email at “seve@seve-outdoor.com” and we will send you a prepaid return slip
